Share project feedback, ask a question, or express interest in the clinician pilot. Pilot enquiries request a follow-up; they do not automatically enrol you.

Do not submit personal health information (PHI), patient identifiers, or urgent medical requests.

For the pilot, tell us your province and a reference task you would like to try. For feedback, describe the page or task using a fictional example. Do not include patient details or upload local usage logs.

Form submissions are processed by Formspark and protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Your name, email, message, and selected answers are sent when you submit. See our privacy policy.
