What we collect

• No accounts or logins.
• No server-side user profile storage in core app flows.
• No PHI or patient identifiers.
• No calculator inputs are transmitted or stored.
• Contact and suggestion form submissions are sent only if you choose to submit them.
• Favorites, recents, and lists live only in local browser storage.

Contact and suggestion form processing

Contact and page-update suggestion submissions are processed by Formspark. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile when configured. Do not submit PHI, patient identifiers, or urgent clinical requests through either form.

The contact form sends your name, email, message, enquiry topic, and any optional role or discovery-source answers you select. Pilot interest is used to reply about participation; it does not enrol you automatically or subscribe you to marketing emails. These answers are submitted with the form, not collected through background tracking.

Analytics and cookies

DrSonia does not run tracking analytics or tracking cookies. Local quality metrics (for example search timing and linked-asset continuation counts) are stored on-device only and can be exported or reset from Settings.

Pilot feedback is voluntary. Share only aggregate counts or fictional examples when asked; local metrics exports can contain page paths and timestamps and are not uploaded automatically.

Offline caching

The service worker may cache site pages and assets for offline use on your device. Optional offline pack downloads store cached tool pages locally in your browser cache.
