Privacy policy

DrSonia is a static clinician-facing resource. The package is designed so core search, calculators, and personalization run locally on-device.

What we collect

  • No accounts or logins.
  • No server-side user profile storage in core app flows.
  • No PHI or patient identifiers.
  • No calculator inputs are transmitted or stored.
  • Contact form submissions (name, email, message, consent) are sent only if you choose to submit the form.
  • Favorites, recents, and lists live only in local browser storage.

Contact form processing

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspark. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile when configured. Do not submit PHI, patient identifiers, or urgent clinical requests through the form.

Analytics and cookies

DrSonia does not run tracking analytics or tracking cookies. Local quality metrics (for example search timing and linked-asset continuation counts) are stored on-device only and can be exported or reset from Settings.

Offline caching

The service worker may cache site pages and assets for offline use on your device. Optional offline pack downloads store cached tool pages locally in your browser cache.
