Who to screen: men ages 65-80 who have not previously been screened. Do not routinely screen women or men older than 80.
Test and interval: one-time abdominal ultrasound.
Follow-up: if an aneurysm is detected, follow vascular guidelines for surveillance or referral based on size and growth rate. Document results and recall needs.
